Pros
Employees are provided much autonomy and are well compensated for their efforts, especially salespeople. There is no bueracracy and everyone's input is welcomed, appreciated, and considered in decision making. Anyone has the ability to create their own destiny at this organization.
Cons
If you need rigid structure and accountability in order to get things done, this is not the place for you. At Chicago Tech, you will not be micro-managed. However, the expectation is that you possess the professionalism to get the job done without someone constantly looking over your shoulder.
