Pros
Great benefits and bonus structure. The company is in a growth mode even with the price of crude at its current low. There's alot of opportunity if you want to move up the latter
Cons
Saudization has not worked the way upper management had anticipated. A large majority of the young work force lacks motivation and have become complacent and have found a refuge in knowing it is very difficult to be terminated. With that being said it puts alot of pressure on expats to get things done safely and in a timely matter.
