Pros

Pros...hmmm. Maybe get you ready for boot camp? (Total loss of privacy. Videos/calls ALL recorded AND listened to. Given critical "guidance" at every turn.) So yeah, great if you love micromanagement. A little coaching on software sales, mostly negative reinforcement though.

Cons

CEO/owner has shaved off every single legal RIGHT as close as possible you have under our employments laws. Ask to see specific policy BEFORE you jump on board. Many of the policies fly against ADA rules, HIPPA rules and state employment laws. One example--you need a day off for a doctor visit. You CANNOT schedule it before or after your lunch schedule. You must take at least half a day off AND make that time up UNPAID later! So you lose the pay, but still have to make up the time later! Illegal. But that's policy. Owner thinks he can run things like he does in India. There's plenty more. Ask for company handbook BEFORE you agree to work here.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
