Pros

FACTS: Nothing Positive - The energy is filled with deception, lies and abuse.

Cons

FACTS: Zero trust from the top. Video cams are on you the entire day. CEO watches all employees from their computer, even the number of strokes they make every minute of the day. Employee's rights are violated and compensation is freely taken from their payroll checks. If less than 15 minutes late returning from lunch or arriving to work, they take a 1/2 day of wages from the employee's payroll check. Not a USA ran company it is an India ran company.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
