-Get off when you get done. -good benefits -do your job and do it well and you will have no issues. -more work=more pay due to being paid by case delivered

-helpers are not paid enough resulting in a constant revolving door of ppl in and out -while pay is still good, drivers are paid less than most similar vendor jobs
