Pros
people were nice enough, pay was fair considering that you get 100% FULL HEALTH BENEFITS , no out of pocket costs except prescriptions. 50c per year raise until you die/retire, so conceivably you could be making $30/hr if you stick around for 20 years. they are big on safety. management is pretty competent.
Cons
They can't staff a full night shift, so there's a rotating schedule. That's why I left.
