- Low pay, they are not competitive with salary - Their commission structure is little to none they don’t give you squat - Boss is rude and doesn’t care for your personal life at all - Lied about being flexible for remote work when they posted it on the job and the recruiter even mentioned it as well - One man operation, boss takes all of the sales and gives their sales reps leads that offer small pay out. - Hypocrites - Will talk about you behind your back and laugh - Peers are rarely in the office, but will punish you if you ask to work remotely - Get a better opportunity, this place is awful to its employees and they pay you crumbs at best.
