Pros
No two days are the same, I learned a multitude of skills that will be helpful in future job hunts, very flexible work schedule.
Cons
Lack of focus within projects, not much opportunity to grow with company, micromanagement at its worst, at any point in time I have 2-5 people telling me what to do and have no idea where they are in the management hierarchy, inattentive management - will do nothing until prompted multiple times, doesn't challenge or utilize scientists and doesn't understand why the scientists don't stay long, very little communication.
