Pros
Great team that loves to promote from within. Multiple current managers started as hourly employees. Each restaurant has a good family vibe. A lot of employees work at multiple locations, which allows for a good overall team.
Cons
There is a lot of transferring of employees and managers, sometimes with little to no notice. There is a lot of "secrecy" in employee status. Manager can be very hostile towards employees. Hiring process leaves much to be desired.
