Pros
1. Honest leadership from top down.
2. Systems and Processes
3. Ability to learn and grow
4. Similar to running a business within a business
Cons
1. Not for the faint-hearted; there's nowhere to hide - although support is given, I think there is a perception that being an IFA you only work 10-2 and spend the rest of the time on the Golf course. Perhaps this company will get to that stage (I hope not) but you get out what you put in.
2. Company has grown from ground up and spent the last 18 months feeling its way forward. Difficult and challenging period, exciting for the future as its still small enough to have the ability to be dynamic and also be influenced (positively) into a direction
Not really cons but the most I could come up with as its genuinely the best place I've worked (there have been 3 IFA companies in 13 year period).
