Pros
Bella Vita Bags was sold in late 2017 to Goldcrest Distributing. As most transitions are, it was a bumpy ride, but I'm pleased with how everything has settled. The owners are really supportive, but expect hard work. They are real people supporting real people. Mel is a great mentor & coach and supports us to be the best that we can be. We take care of the customer first because without their success we wouldn't have success.
Cons
We've grown so much and so fast that I feel that the admin side is understaffed and overworked. Great people who hustle everyday and sometimes things get lost in the craziness.
