      Pros

      Decent money, nice-feeling restaurant. Cute fish tank.

      Cons

      Management was messy, GM fired for fornification. Others enable high-school type behavior of team members. A lot of 20+ year old's you'd think were 16 because they make this place their whole life with gossip and weird vibes which gets annoying fast for people serious about their work.

      Relaxed work environment, overall friendly staff, strict on cleanliness, delicious food for half-off

      Other than a few rude tables now and then, working at Cheddar's was ultimately a positive experience
