Cons
Because we are an extremely fast growing start up company, there is a lot of behind the scenes coding work going on. It is hard to do your job properly when the coding for your website is broken or being worked on. There is little communication about these issues to the CSR manager, and therefore, to the CSRs who manage the websites. We are all stranded until we are told what is going on, usually not until the end of the day or even the next day. I wish that we were made more aware of tech updates that directly effect our work because these updates can cause major delay and confusion.
