Where to start? - The Boys Club are not only arrogant and ill-mannered but quite frankly are simply dumb. - The CEO got lucky by hiring smart people at the beginning (all of whom have now left the company) but somehow continues to believe that he is behind the company’s short lived success (which dates back to 3 years ago). - The Boys club is a pathetic gathering of sycophants placed in different geographies mostly to boost their fragile egos and to act as management spies. In reality, these “elite” performers would not find any job at any decent payment company (which is why they are still at CKO after 6,7,8 years). This rag tag ensemble of misfits are supported by a middle management that has completely sold out all their values and are holding on for whatever crumbs are thrown their way. All in all it’s a pathetic company run by pathetic men and enabled by pathetic supposed leaders.
