Leadership is weak, they offer poor direction, limited strategy, and is entirely driven by nepotism and the "inner-circle". Middle-management fear senior leadership so are largely ineffective as they are in a constant state of self-preservation. Favoritism is rampant despite all the values and diversity lip service. No career progression opportunities unless you are friends with someone in senior leadership which is really frustrating. Constant redundancies followed up by awful change management leave the company paralyzed for 6 months of each year.
