The only pro is the employee discount

Cons

Executive heavy with friends hiring friends, too many people who don’t know how to manage people and inexperienced in their roles, hard working people are under appreciated and under paid.. I would suggest any other employer if you’re looking for career opportunities

Cons

Never felt like i mattered, they could find another person to fill my position & take my clients in a minute. Not busy. Hard to build clientele. Was pretty much a janitor for them
