Cons
Despite Chatroulette having been around for a while, it's current transition to a tech company has only just started.
This comes with it's own challenges like solidifying a corporate culture, building and gelling a team. I wouldn't call these 'cons' per se but it is something the prospective candidate should be aware of.
Furthermore, it has become apparent during hiring that Zug is perceived as relatively low profile in the tech world, despite it being a high tech cluster with traditional companies such as Siemens having their Swiss headquarters here as well as start-ups like Nexo, Cardano, and others.
