Pros
- Great salary and compensation if you work in a low-budget country - Amazing opportunity to work directly for renowned and international clients - People are super talented, no doubt about it. - You'll learn some tricks about sales If you only care about money, you got great English skills, and you are a workaholic, give it a try. If you are not from Venezuela, there are better opportunities, less stressful out there for you.
Cons
- Terrible work/life balance, everyone is overworked, stressful job. - Bad trainings - They treat their clients and employees just like a number. - This place is like a cult of Venezuelans (I'm Venezuelan), when you are inside you understand why only Venezuelans apply. - They want to scale and growth, but they are not willing to invest more money or people. - All the tricks they apply with their leads, they use them with their chat assassins (fake empathy, qualifying questions...) - The raffle they mention in the job description is just a referral system to win a product like a 4K TV or a Nintendo Switch. Any job post you see out there on social media is because of that. - They will fire you in any moment during probation period even without any warning as stipulated in your contract, if you're thinking about changing your job, be careful!! - They had terrible management problems when I was working there. One person is doing the job of 4. - They ask you like 5 times "What is your dream?" because they say they care about you, but the truth is they only want to know if you want to go to Europe in the future. If so, you are immediately disqualified. - Sadly, too much group-think.
