Pros
Great name brand and reputation. Best in class for commission based position. Probably has one of the best technology and computer systems for banking.
Cons
Very structured and rigid, doesn't allow for individualism. There are certain scripts that needs to be follow. Structure is great for people starting out--not good for seasoned professionals.
