Good people - Brand Manager Chartpak Employee Review

Good location, friendly co-workers, great hours, good pay, love the management.

Sometimes it's slow/boring, but not much other than that

Many of the staff are decent, creative and intelligent people that are a pleasure to work with. The actual products they manufacture and sell are good quality products that I would use and buy, myself.

The owner is absent and has odd priorities that don't seem to make the company any money. Company is disorganized, often doesn't pay vendors or contractors on time. Compensation is low against similar size/industry companies. There is no HR department with actual HR training/background.
