      Upper management rotates very frequently. I had 4 bosses within 1 year as an intern.

      Strong collaborative environment. People that are eager to partner to achieve new goals. Good training and they truly invest in their people.

      Can be a busy place to work but if you prioritize and partner with your other departments you will create a great work life balance.
