Lots of freedom to grow and build your relationships. Quickly started running projects. Everyone who worked there was great. At my current employer, some people try to get their way by yelling and disrespecting others. Charter was not like that at all.

Bonus structure only applied to project managers. Work life balance at Charter was great, but i think some individuals got a lot of slack. The company could be much more successful if people showed to work! The company was an ESOP, which dissolved after being acquired by American Restoration.
