High turnover & changing strategy still hasn't stablized from it's startup phase

It was great a few years ago. Not the same company it used to be.

The most toxic work environment I’ve ever seen. Manipulative leadership. Unrealistic deadlines. Problems lifted up fall of deaf ears. Bleeding money. HR is horrible. Don’t trust anyone here. You’ll never grow in your career here.
