Pros
*The people are very down to earth. I love my supervisor and I enjoy the culture as they really try to build connections past work. It is fully remote so all connections are made through slack which could be a con. It is very nice working remote.
Cons
*It does at times feel like a number or metric is more important than the client or your own mental health. I feel I am constantly pumping out assessments that can last 2 hours long and I have 5 a day. Training was very rough and things are CONSTANTLY changing. As soon as you get used to something it will change and the work processes are not easy to learn. There are multiple steps and it is very easy to miss one. If you need off you have to reschedule everyone you had which is also a pain and you can end up rescheduling people the whole day you're off when the point of being off is to be off. They also expect you to be accessible pretty much at all times.
