The company lacks basic working ethics. Old employees are glorified for very average work they do. Favoritism runs in the company and same is reflected in their policies. Very hostile work environment. PCs are testers to them and the project manager does not have any sense of working. Working past hours is glorified and at the same time coming late attracts negative feedbacks. Very biased management.
