All employees receive a contract prior to their start date, which includes an outline of their benefits and bonus plan. These are legally binding documents signed by both the employee and CEO. If goals are met, the employee is assured their bonus as well as anything they were promised. We continue to grow as a company and have gone through many changes. In addition to the 401K, we have added several benefits for employees and their dependents.
