Nothing even after been here for 16 months of work.
Cons
They have a weird work time 9 - 6 no matter you have work or not. Everyone reaches to office by 9am so that they can leave by 6pm. Few others stay till 7pm so that they can use office bus. Every employee here strives to finish work and go home @6, rather improving his skill set to latest technology, where there is no support from company. New technology doesn't have platform here. Extra work hours is not considered. No fun activities or employee friendly environment. Rest rooms are horrible, no flush guns in western toilets, I feel movie hall rest rooms is mush more better. Daily two small cups of water mixed coffee is provided with coupon system, so that they have limited use of facility. Infrastructure is very bad. Outdated slow PCs. Broken chairs which badly spoil your back. No celebrations for any occasions, even for Ayudha pooja. No cafetaria, you need to come back 2kms to sipcot gate to refresh youself, if you have vehicle only. This one is super wierd, When you resign or fired, they treat employee like slaves. And no proper send off or respect given. They ask not to touch your PC, not to visit the bay, and meet colleagues after getting relieving letter!! A fresher who joins the company is asked to pay 75k with 3yr bond. Where he just spoils his career for 3 yrs without proper knowledge and feel difficult to face the current IT industry outside.
