      Good people and team to work with. Hours are flexible as long as you complete 8 hours in a day Management is responsive to your needs

      Most of the roles are set so there is little room to move up.

      Pros

      Open door policy with good management practices (after 2018). Small cohesive teams, smart and highly skilled engineers. Open culture, flat structure and fully remote. Good work environment and collaborative teams.

      Cons

      Pay not at par with inflation. Medical Insurance is average at best.
