Pros
Potentially a way to get your foot in the door at a better JDI owned company, but I only ever saw one person manage that.
Cons
-Incredibly high stress levels -Sales people will literally scream at you at your desk -Constant turnover -Zero training -Impossible expectations -Awful pay Majority of management doesn't care what sales people do to get what they need to make a sale. Whether that is breaking company policy to get things done, coercing other employees into doing the same, etc. Overall the most toxic environment I have worked in. Some managers are good, but most look out for themselves and their results only. Lots of good hard working employees but most end up leaving. Another fun thing to note is they have NO HR!!! They have a 60+ year old secretary who is the assistant to the GM who acts as HR but has no training and sits in a cubicle... So good luck raising any concerns when your boss sits across from her and she's his assistant.
