Pros
A fast-paced playful, collaborative environment where creativity is king. The opposite of a stuffy corporate cubicle environment or a silent cold downtown fashion office. A loose hierarchy, which means those at the bottom of the ladder can find themselves with a lot more responsibility and move upwards quickly. Talent trumps experience. Some resent this about Chandelier, but age ain't nothing but a number, and it is definitely part of the secret sauce of Chandelier's portfolio. Other perks include over-the-top birthday celebrations, a killer playlist, an endless library, smart talks with brilliant speakers, and an international staff (including leadership that is mostly female and/or LGBT). Chandelier is FUN, and why would you want to work anywhere that isn't?
Cons
The loose nature of the agency could stand for a bit more structure and discipline, some new employees can be baffled by the lack of organization. Despite the best intentions of leadership, changes never seem to be implemented to address this. The constant flow of energy (and work) means though never having a dull day, never having days of downtime and time to refine/ideate etc.
