I liked working there because they had an attendance policy they gave you extra money every week that you were on time and didn't call in

They end up closing because of employees to show up for work.

My hours were flexible since this is a 24/7 operation across 6 warehouses and roughly 1,200 employees. This role works independently but across every department, so you get a real feel for how the whole company runs. This position never felt repetitive as there were always new tasks to work on.

Budget. There did not seem to be a budget for safety let alone any type of salary growth with-in the company. A lot is demanded from 1 person in this position and for obvious reasons the National EHS Manager was hardly on site to assist with all 6 warehouses.
