Pros
- Unlimited PTO - Remote employment
Cons
Read the books; avoid the company. Challenger has gone downhill over the years and has a soul sucking culture now that brings out the WORST in people. It’s best days are truly behind it. Only thing people talk about now is the good ole glory days when teammates actually cared. Sadly the best people left the org. Challenger leadership does not care about it’s employees or customers. Our pipeline is drier than the Sahara desert. Customer feedback is blatantly ignored while the product team keeps building unnecessary products that customers DO NOT want or ask for. No enthusiasm or drive for the mission internally. Team members have Corporate Stockholm Syndrome. Nothing more depressing than being at a company where the core mission is to get paid every two weeks.
