      A majority of the workers are great people Great Engineers Lots of hands on experience

      Cons

      Get calls at all hours and are expected to answer Told to not share what you make (illegal in MI) Your just another number to management Called in on the weekends, including holiday weekends Management is disrespectful and plays favorites They do nothing for the salaried side

      A place for new technicians to learn and gain great experience to use to further their careers.

      Cons

      Very disjointed company. Upper management offers little to no guidance and only expects results without investment.
