      Engineering team are helpful but that's it

      Cons

      No regard for employees personal time, no Christmas bonus, raises suck, Corporate team is awful and ties the hands of anyone in Management who actually wants to help, tool room is awful about keeping things in stock that maintenance or techs need to fix machines

      A place for new technicians to learn and gain great experience to use to further their careers.

      Cons

      Very disjointed company. Upper management offers little to no guidance and only expects results without investment.
