Due to low number of workers, you have to do a lot of work on your own without any help offered by any other colleagues. At the same time, no mistakes are tolerated by the top management. Be prepared to be scolded even for any minor mistakes conducted. In some cases, you have to work on weekend upon client's request. However the management care not about your effort. No matter how much effort you had placed in, do any mistakes and you are finished. Think twice before joining in.
