No proper HR department - Software Developer Ceylon Linux Employee Review

Basic Knowledge on SW for entry level.

No HR, No proper requirements, No holidays, EPF ETF is not cared

Only good for internships. You can get basic understand about basic software knowledge. Do not try as permanent

1. Poor HR 2. Working environment is worst. 3. No EFP , ETF 4. There not care about employees' facilities. (Not even a cup of tea is given.) 5. You want to work extra hours without OT. 6. You want to work 45 hours per week. (Other SE companies work about 40 hours.) 7. Your can not get leaves (They ask 100 of questions). 8. There are no senior developer(More than 8 years Experience having) to improve your knowledge. 9. No stress releasing event like other software companies.
