Pros
The work is easy and pays well. Great group of team members. Allows individuals to work other jobs as long as it doesn't interfere. Fully remote work for great work-life balance.
Cons
If CTE loses a contract for any reason, they will cut your pay or fire you. Poor organizational structure. Senior leadership tends to micromanage. Paychecks are occasionally late (even direct deposit). Bonuses may be promised, but never actually received.
