Pros

Great company and awesome benefits for a smaller company. Great location near Gateway Community College and public transportation.

Cons

It's not challenging and it's more like a nightclub where people gossip and say things that will get you fired at other companies. I've heard F bombs dropped on the call center floor. If you want to be around people who are uplifting and positive, this is not a place that you'd want to work. If you like to gossip and you don't like to apply yourself, this is the perfect place for you.

Set your own schedule, very flexible, get paid on time every time, able to log in any time 24/7, very simple hiring process.

Cons

Minimum to non communication with management.

Pros

Work from home, flexibility, choose your own hours to work

Cons

Pay is low for rare languages, considering that you get almost no calls for them. Not worth it if you are trying to make consistent income, but ok as part time/temp job
