Pros

Hybrid working. That's it. Everything else is basic business practice and doesn't warrant mentioning.

Cons

Workings hours already long enough (40pw) yet still need for consistent unpaid overtime. High turnover. Poor/ lack thereof training.

Hi, and thanks for taking the time to review your tenure at Advantage Resourcing. We've went through significant change this year; which has been difficult for many. However, our vision is to create a stronger business and one where people love coming to work. New policies and initiatives have recently been launched which include all colleagues and our ongoing colleague feedback process is proving incredibly popular and useful. We have never supported asking people to work over their contracted hours except for in exceptional circumstances; we'd love to dig more in to this to prevent it being an issue for our current or new employees. Pros

Given lots of recent changes in the Leadership team, the business has clear strategic plans for growth and development. The recruiters who work in the offices really want to be there and work hard to get to a common goal. It's nice to be taking a fresh and professional approach to the markets we are operating in,

Cons

Recruitment isn't without it's challenges and the business has been through a lot of change in the last 12 months but all for the better, no cons to speak of.

Pros

Free parking on site for all employees Easier to commute to than Manchester

Cons

Not established in the markets they operate in, very cold desks No one good to learn from, high staff turnover, many of people left in the 6 months I was there including the CEO who had hired me. People at the top don't know what they are doing
