Job good security. Other than no more
Cons
U must work night shifts but u don't have night shift allowances. HR is like mad. Don't care employees. Working time not 8hrs daily u must extra otherwise mangers and TL treat u bad. Salary package if u go good package fines else forget increasement and promotion. No extra benefits like cab,food card, canteen and coffee not good to eat.
