Pros
I worked here for a while. The free shirts and sweaters were definitely the best part. They had decent health care, and the 401K plan was nice. Some of the other guys who work there are friendly enough to talk to.
Cons
The manager would micromanage, to the point where it was harder to get anything done in a timely manner when he was walking around. You knew you had to be careful when he was watching not to make any mistakes because he would immediately jump on anyone who did anything wrong whatsoever, even if you could end up fixing it. It was nerve-racking being around him after hearing that the only reason he was in the position he was in, was because he got the old manager fired. They also want you there as many hours as possible and will get salty about you not working on Saturdays, even though it wasn't mandated and I had family matters I was tending to. This was due to the fact that they didn't have enough employees to cover all the work that they would get contracted for, either because of not getting parts in from leesport, or machines breaking down.
