      Good management in place for the most part.

      Leaders at Corporate headquarters seem to only think of the bottom line and not how policies, communications, etc impact employees.

      Pros

      The benefits are through BCBSM and they are very good. Low per-pay cost and deductible. No complaints about benefits.

      Cons

      Salary is a bit low for this type of position but the bonuses have been pretty good.
