      Pros

      There will be opportunities to get hands on experience to be a great consultant. Really resourceful company with internal knowledge base to help with certification exams.

      Cons

      The boss is a super micro-manager. Uses profanities to reprimand consultants when work is not done at the standard the boss requires. When asked for advice, "you figure it out" was the answer. No wonder the turnover rate is high.
