Pros
After 20+ years working in the corporate world, I finally found a company where employees truly work together in a positive and supportive environment, and management takes responsibility to ensure that the company succeeds. From my 1st day at Centrix, everyone I met was eager to help me be successful. The most refreshing thing is that everyone is willing to do their part to make this company successful. There have been some big challenges since I joined this company, but the teamwork to overcome them is outstanding. Benefits are better than I expected for a small company. I never thought I'd give a company I work for 5 stars, but 4 stars is too low.
Cons
The company is growing quickly and there are some growing pains. Things can get chaotic and there can be a lot of pressure to get product out the door quickly.
