Pros

Unlimited PTO for vacation, etc.

Cons

Constant territory changes, constant controlling of what you are allowed to sell versus what you are not allowed to sell and have to give up qualified opportunities to others. Sales Management doesn't care about sales reps, only a select few who have been there a while. No consistent working with their employees to understand how to make the sales reps and teams successful. The upper management has reports to track everything is the internal rumour. Way to much automated big brother watching. No wonder the CEO only has a 40% rating on this platform.

Pros

The Proposals Team is amazing. The manager and director are supportive, knowledgeable, and fair. The team is hard-working, skilled, and friendly. I will miss them! If you are worried about the other reviews about CentralSquare, the Proposals Department has been insulated from cuts (except for a part-time position), and they try to balance the workload for job security.

Cons

It is a very large company, so there are some silos between departments.

Pros

The people that do the work actually want to provide a good product and fix customers problems.

Cons

Regular priority pivots, not fully implementing previous decisions leaving half baked processes adding overhead. Constant focus on new sales and stringing existing customers along with empty promises. Leading to shrinking headcount in the departments that do the work while sales teams grow and get larger bonuses. Following the increase use of AI and reduce headcount trend
