      Pros

      Excellent co-workers who try to remain positive and dedicated to the clients despite ever changing management priorities. Decent PTO and health benefits.

      Cons

      Low pay standards where you can cap out with no other options in your position. Extreme favoritism amongst managers and their employees with regards to promotions and special bonuses. Company is more interested in the bottom line numbers while selling the company than keeping existing clients. They are without recommendations from existing clients and are losing out on new contracts because of lack of ability to properly support current client load. Don't trust the cloud technology here. It is far from being ready for clients to use.

      Pros

      The Proposals Team is amazing. The manager and director are supportive, knowledgeable, and fair. The team is hard-working, skilled, and friendly. I will miss them! If you are worried about the other reviews about CentralSquare, the Proposals Department has been insulated from cuts (except for a part-time position), and they try to balance the workload for job security.

      Cons

      It is a very large company, so there are some silos between departments.

      Pros

      The people that do the work actually want to provide a good product and fix customers problems.

      Cons

      Regular priority pivots, not fully implementing previous decisions leaving half baked processes adding overhead. Constant focus on new sales and stringing existing customers along with empty promises. Leading to shrinking headcount in the departments that do the work while sales teams grow and get larger bonuses. Following the increase use of AI and reduce headcount trend
