      Not many pros except job security is ensured.

      Cons

      Get ready to be challenged every day if you are hardworking or talented. It's a typical government environment with most employees not having the basic decency to conduct themselves. Mediocre outdated resources and even more mediocre leadership. Waste of time if you are a technical person. No opportunities to learn and grow. Favouritism is at the heart of this organization.

      Pros

      Give chance to learn and further grow in career. However, requires it to me more fast pace. People learn and get the exposure due to role of cppa in power sector, but then leave to othe companies offering good salaries.

      Cons

      Promotion policy should be better and improved. Quick decisions need to be taken when needed.
