Cons
This is by far one disorganized and toxic restaurant I have ever worked in. The owner has anger issues always screaming at staff and swearing like a sailor. The restaurant has no management with the owner doing everything. The owners lack professionalism and verbal abuse is a daily occurrence. There is also a lot of favoritism which makes it difficult for anyone new to integrate well within the team. Another thing nomater how many hours you put in your are just paid for 7 hours. This place should seriously be reported.
The tipping and training system is super weird
