      Pros

      They really work hard on building and maintaining their culture with trips and value sessions. Company is open to ideas and the organisation is flat. Plenty of freedom to grow.

      Cons

      The baseline salary model is smart as it helps counter economic downturns, but since the client base is mostly controlled by the client partners its a bit of a red herring.

      Pros

      - Free & flexible with a big portion of self leadership and accountability - nice office - friendly and smart colleagues - interesting assignments with a steep development curve

      Cons

      A lot of work when you also sometimes are expected to contribute in internal work besides your assignment Not a good parental leave policy/payment but I think they’ve adjusted it
