The culture is unbeatable. I’ve worked in different industries and various company sizes - it’s rare to find a culture of this caliber. Benefits are standard for the industry. I would say pay is slightly above average. They take care of their people and work life balance is great!

Some policies could benefit from having black and white expectations rather than being vague or open to interpretation. Limited growth opportunities due to company size.
I cannot say enough about the amount and quality of resources and SOP's that Centerspace offers. I never felt like I couldn't complete a task because I always had step-by-step instructions to follow.
